CrushCake features 3 pricing tiers: hourly, team monthly, and dedicated weekly. Hourly pricing is billed weekly starting at $12 USD per hour; Team Monthly support is billed at $250 per month; Dedicated Weekly is billed starting at $200 per week depending on the skills required.
With a Dedicated Virtual Assistant, we help you select a highly trained assistant or assist with additional training of an assistant to meet your goals. You will have complete access to the assistant and the assistant will work for you 100% of the contracted time.
Dedicated VAs are not allowed to split time with other VAs without notice, and will not take on more jobs, where as Team VAs work as a team and pool their resources to assist all of our clients with general communication, research, etc. Team tasks are based on a first-come-first served basis.
Treat your Dedicated or Team VA as you would your own employee!
Our VAs are trained to respond within 15 minutes of your question or tasking. Common tasks may take minutes to complete, while tasks such as appointment setting or presentation creation may take a little more time depending on the amount of research or resources needed. Our VAs can always let you know an estimated amount of time before tasks begin!
CrushCake trains our staff to be highly cautious of sensitive or private information (birthdays, account numbers, etc). If requested, a VA will delete all relevant and identifying information after it is used to complete their task.
